Review guidelines

Only post reviews based on a real, recent experience (last 12 months) with the company. Describe the facts: which machine, what work was done, how it went. Not allowed: reviews in exchange for discounts or payment, reviews by competitors or employees, accusations of crimes, insults, third parties' personal data. Every review is moderated before publication (normally within 48 hours) and the company has a public right of reply (also moderated). We do not verify purchase of the service: reviews come from registered users who declare their experience on their own responsibility. Reviews older than 24 months are marked as dated and excluded from the average. You can report any review: we normally re-examine it within 72 hours and, if removed, we explain why to its author.
