About Espressisti
Espressisti is an independent directory of professional coffee-machine service companies in Europe.
Independence
Espressisti is operated by Vea Group S.p.A., a coffee-machine manufacturer (brands Carimali, Elektra, Heylo, Bellezza). The directory is brand-neutral by design: all manufacturers' service partners are listed under the same rules, ranking is algorithmic and never favors any brand, and reviews are moderated under the same policy for everyone — including companies servicing Vea Group's own brands.
Neutrality
All manufacturer brands are treated structurally the same: one brand list, alphabetical presentation, identical page templates and no brand-based ranking anywhere. Brand filters filter results, they never rank them.
Where the data comes from
Listings start from public business data and are marked Unclaimed until a representative of the company claims and completes them. Every listing carries a link to report incorrect data.
